A human-first email client in progress for the conversations that matter. Orca connects to Gmail through read-only OAuth, normalizes mail into a clean local model, and uses Human Signal, attention views, contact signatures, and a distraction-free Zen writer to cut through automated noise.

A local-first control plane for running and managing multiple AI coding agents from one workspace. Dispatch keeps agents alive in tmux-backed sessions, pairs browser terminals with worktree isolation, media sharing, jobs, and MCP tools, and includes the collaborative whiteboard surface I helped shape.
